We are currently accepting:

• UBH – Optum, BCBS – Tx, Ambetter and Cigna
• The practice is hoping to accept more insurances in the future, however, will not be able to process any back pay. If you are seeking out of network reimbursement from your health insurance, you would be responsible to download and submit paperwork yourself to your insurance company after each appointment.
• Splendid Psychiatry does not accept Medicare. Medicaid and Tricare patients.

If we are out-of-network with an insurance plan, the full reimbursement rate will be due at the time of the appointment.

Additional information:

Please be aware that at Splendid Psychiatry, we are not able to see new patients for:

• active suicidal or homicidal ideations
• eating disorders
• Substance use
• Active self-injurious behaviors or suicidal attempts in the last 3 months.

We do not provide prescriptions for DEA controlled substances including but not limited to xanax, Ativan , Klonopin , Ambien, Adderall, Ritalin , Vyvanse, Concerta, Valium etc.
